Some of the information you can gain from this eval - type of entity/spirit, whether the bindings have been done correctly, true name and pronunciation, age and other basic info.

Things necessary for this evaulation:

Any information that you received with the entity or spirit should be included to make the connection process easier. I dont like to go into an evaluation blind if I dont have to.

A photo of the vessel or yourself if the entity is bound to you.

As an end note - I prefer not knowing the names or websites of the seller (s) you've obtained the said companions from. Its none of my business where they came from - Im here for the entities, not to start a war with the competition.
