Ingredients:

1 Cup of pure sea salt

1/2 Cup of Vinegar

Juice from a freshly squeezed lemon

(Optional: 20 drops of Orange essential oil OR 20 drops of Neroli essential oil)

Mix ingredients in a bowl - allow mixture to sit for as long as it takes to run your bath water. Dump and enjoy. Soak for 15 to 20 minutes. Don’t forget to wet your hair.

This bath cleanses both your physical body and your spiritual body of any recent energetic attachments.
