All My Exes Live In Hexes

Posted by spiritedenterprise on January 14, 2014 at 12:10 AM Comments comments (7)

Ok, so that’s not exactly true. I haven’t hexed my exes…or at least, not all of them HA!!

I wanted to take a moment to clear up some common misconceptions about hexing and the different types.

First, there are hexes that target a person as a whole. This kind of hex affects everything the target does in life from the moment you place the hex on them for either the rest of their life or until you remove it. These kind of hexes are known by several titles depending on the type of tradition from which they originate…whole hexes, life hexes, long term hexes, target hexes, just to name a few.

Second, there are situational hexes. These hexes affect a specific situation within the target’s life; a specific job, a specific relationship, etc. Once that situation is over/has ended then the energy if your hex dissipates until its completely gone.

Third, there are aspect hexes. These hexes affect a specific aspect of the target’s life; all romantic relationships, all career paths and opportunities, all of one’s wealth or possibilities of wealth. This energy will last a lifetime.

It’s important that you know the differences if you decide that hexing someone is something that you really want to do. In the same sense, if you’re affected by a hex, its also important to know the differences so that you know how they can be removed.

Charm Licking

Posted by spiritedenterprise on November 19, 2013 at 9:50 AM Comments comments (5)

Have you ever heard of it?

Charm Licking is an old superstition that goes back many centuries.

It was said that the afflicted individual could take the affected magickal charm and lick it to break the spell.

First the charm was licked up and down, from top to bottom,  and then back and forth, from left to right and then a third time from top to bottom.

If the mouth salivated and the individual tasted a salty or bitter taste, then it was thought that the spell was broken and the the charm had been "de-spelled."

Does it work? No, not really. But it didn't stop people from doing it.

Banishing & Containment - The 2 Most Important Tools of a Collector

Posted by spiritedenterprise on November 12, 2013 at 9:15 AM Comments comments (6)

If you’re going to be a collector of entities and/or spirits, there are a few things that are must haves.

One of the most important things you can gift yourself as a collector is a banishing box.

First, let’s talk about what a banishing box does. It does not harm entities or spirits. It simply releases the bindings and places the entity or spirit in another realm where it can no longer cause harm or chaos.

It also removes energy signatures, imprints and magickal energy so it can be used on amulets that are not effective or are no longer needed.

It’s not that you shouldn’t trust people because in all actuality, most dealers are not out there to intentionally cause you harm or chaos.

But mistakes do happen and usually it’s because the dealer is not taking the time to know their entities and spirits like they should before offering them to the public.

In the last few years, we’ve seen a spike in requests for help with unruly entities and spirits. Though currently we are still able to take every case that comes in, our work load is getting to the point where it is getting harder and harder to drop everything so that we can address issues.

We have made every effort to make banishing boxes affordable. Once you have one, you always have it. You don’t have to wait for anyone to answer your email or make time to help you. You have all the help you need at your fingertips.

The second most important tool of a collector is a containment box.

A containment box contains energy and is one of the only types of containers that will completely contain demonic energy.

We’re human. We get freaked out. Sometimes being scared is the right reaction. Other times, it’s an over-reaction.

Regardless, if the personality, action or lack of action of an entity or spirit ever puts you on edge. Contain it until you can address it later OR until you can get help from an experienced practitioner.

These tools are not tools that are meant to make you hesitant about being an entity/spirit collector. These are the tools of a strong, empowered individual. You are your own best friend. There will be times when you have to take matters into your own hands. Don’t be afraid to take action when it’s necessary.

Divination With Dominoes

Posted by spiritedenterprise on November 5, 2013 at 9:00 AM Comments comments (5)

The practice of divining with dominoes is "travelers" magick or gypsy magick.

You can use store-bought dominoes if you like.  Many of the old schoolers tend to use dominoes carved from bone.

Place your dominoes face down. Shuffle them prior to each draw.

Usually one question is asked and 3 dominoes are drawn and interpreted.

I know that there are books out there on the subject, but I've found that most of what is out there is not what I was taught. Just as in tarot, there has to be room for interpretation as the dominoes apply to the question and it seems that a lot of writers have given a more "precise" meaning than what was originally taught.

Meaning of the "Bones" as I was taught by my grandmother:

Double-six - Indicates that an opportunity will open to the querant.

Six-five - Indicates that the querant will experience some sort of popularity or recognition.

Six-four - Indicates that the querant may have a run-in with the law or legal system.

Six-three - Indicates that travel is either necessary or beneficial.

Six-two - Indicates recovery or a streak of good health. Can also indicate that a gift will be well-received.

Six-one - Reminds the querant that a friendly thought, action or kind deed with nothing expected in return can make all the difference in the lives of those around them.

Six-blank - Reminds the querant not to get caught up in scandal or bickering among friends as the consequences of doing so are almost always negative.

Double-five - A move of some sort will become necessary. Whether is a change in career, moving to a new location or a separation of some sort, it will soon become evident to the querant as to why it is a necessary change.

Five-four - Now is a time to rely on intuition. If the querant is thinking it, it is more than likely true.

Five-three - Visiting with someone the querant respects in regards to their question will add new insight and be beneficial on many levels.

Five-two - The querant may want to consider a short vacation or some time alone to reflect.

Five-one - This domino almost always relates to love and/or relationships. Someone that the querant has taken an interest in has or will have an interest in them too.

Five-blank - Indicates an illness or a death of an acquaintance - someone who is not related or distantly related. In this situation, the querant should be prepared to be a friend.

Double-four - Be wary of bad habits as they can be especially harmful now.

Four-three - What the querant thinks is happening or will possibly happen is a product of the imagination. Over-thinking is not beneficial now. Its time to let things go.

Four-two - Warns the querant to keep an eye out for those who have less than honest intentions.

Four-one - Reminds the querant to keep up with debt. Now is not the time to make purchases that one cannot afford.

Four-blank - A friend or lover may be angered because of the querants actions or lack of action. This may be the best possible way for the querant to see this individuals true colors.

Double-three - A relationship, engagement or wedding may leave the querant feeling annoyed or angry. The best course of action is to stay out of it or let it go. It is not a decision that the querant should be invested in.

Three-two - Avoid taking chances when it comes to matters of the heart and games of chance. Now is not the querant's time.

Three-one - A great discovery or opportunity is at hand.

Three-blank - This domino almost always indicates a conception or birth - sometimes this is a literal conception or birth - other times it is the conception of an idea or plan or the birth of a new adventure.

Double-two - Someone in the querant's life maybe feeling jealous. A partner, lover, friend or relative. The querant should do their best to calm the situation before it becomes heated.

Two-one - This is a complicated domino. It almost always indicates something to do with property. Gaining property, selling property, an additional mortgage, etc. It is a reminder to read the fine print and do research before deciding whether or not this is a good decision.

Double-one - Now is a time for treasure hunting. What the querant finds now will be worth more later.

One-blank - Someone from afar is keeping their eye on the querant. It is a reminder for the querant to mind their ps and qs.

Double-blank - The most ominous of all the bones. Trouble is on the horizon. The querant will not be prepared for whats coming nor can it be avoided.

No more than three dominoes should be drawn for any one question. The gypsies recommended only one question/three dominoes in any given month.

The Possessed

Posted by spiritedenterprise on September 25, 2013 at 11:45 AM Comments comments (0)

When a human being is possessed or being influenced by demonic or evil forces, the correct title for that individual is a "Demoniac."

A Demoniac is an individual whos thoughts AND actions are both controlled.

In more recent times, demoniac became a title given to human beings who either resemble a demon physically or possess the skills or traits of a demon or evil spirit.

Gray Magick Compelling Herbal Mixture Oil

Posted by spiritedenterprise on August 28, 2013 at 9:35 AM Comments comments (0)

This is one of the older, more original Compelling Oils.

1/2 cup carrier oil - I like almond oil for this mixture

1 tablespoon Patchouli

1 tablespoon Vetivert

1/4 of a lime, cut into strips - I also like to add a pinch of ground lime rind to the mixture.

5 whole bay leaves

Mix all of this up in a jar - I like the old school canning jars. Allow to steep for 2 weeks in a dark place. I also recommend shaking the jar once a day or so.

When the time is up, you can strain the mixture and bottle.

Use this oil in any darker magick where control or persuasion is necessary.

Come to Me Oil

Posted by spiritedenterprise on August 28, 2013 at 9:30 AM Comments comments (0)

This is an older blend for the famous "come to me oil"

1/4 cup carrier oil - I like almond oil. Its good for the skin and mixes well with essential oils.

3 drops pure rose essential oil

3 drops pure jasmine essential oil

3 drops gardenia essential oil

3 drops of lemon essential oil

2 drops of red food coloring

This oil is best stored in a dark container - cobalt or amber bottles work best.

You can use this oil to annoint yourself or you can use it as an aid in love rituals. Annoint your tools and supplies - burn in a diffuser, etc.

Baneful Invocation Incense

Posted by spiritedenterprise on July 10, 2013 at 2:00 PM Comments comments (0)

When performing a summoning or conjuration on a darker entity (not a spirit), there are several different versions of what should and shouldnt be used.

One of the oldest forms of incense used in black magick conjure and summoning is a mixture called "Baneful Incense." Initially, the mixture was just the solid ingredients. Later, essential oils were added to the recipe to make it even more potent.

Needed:

1 Tablespoon of each:

Dragons Blood Resin

Myrrh Resin

Chopped Cinnamon sticks

Grind with Mortar and Pestle until your mixture is in small chunks.

Add:

2 Drops Cinnamon essential oil

2 drops myrrh essential oil

2 drops dragons blood essential oil

Mix with Motar and Pestle and allow mixture to sit in open air for about an hour before using or bottling.

Baneful incense aids the witch in not just connecting with a darker entity, it also acts like a flame of sorts in which to attract said entity.

This should ONLY be used in conjunction with a specific conjuration or summoning. It should never be used in a general ritual where you're calling just anything that happens to be in your area.

Dream Enducer

Posted by spiritedenterprise on June 16, 2013 at 1:40 PM Comments comments (8)

To induce prophetic dreams

Needed:

In herb form:

licorice

cinnamon

cardamon

corriander

Powder a bit of these herbs individually with your motar and pestle and then mix 1 teaspoon of each.

Sprinkle your sheets, under your bed and around your bed to induce powerful dreams of prophecy.

Wishing Powder / Mist

Posted by spiritedenterprise on June 16, 2013 at 1:20 PM Comments comments (7)

This powder is also known as "wishbone" powder and can be used to make dreams into reality.

Needed:

Sandalwood

Orris Root

Allspice

Deer's Tongue leaves (the plant, NOT from an aminal)

Rose essential oil or natual musk extract

First, I powder all of the herbs into a fine dust individually. Then I mix 1 teaspoon of each. Add 2 drops of pure rose essential oil or musk oil and allow to dry for about 30 minutes before bottling.

You can use this powder in a couple of different ways. You can sprinkle it on your sheets before bed time. You can create a dream pillow with it. You can also put your sheets through the rinse cycle with a few pinches of this mixture to infuse them.

You can also use these herbs in their extract or essential oil form to create a spray.

Take

1/2 cup of vodka

Add 3 drops of each extract or essential oil.

Shake before use.

You can mist your pillows, bedding, couch, etc.

This potion/powder also promotes positive dreaming and aids you in remembering and controlling your dreams.

Old Time Lovers Bath

Posted by spiritedenterprise on June 11, 2013 at 8:55 AM Comments comments (1)

These are recipes that I found in an undated manuscript. I believe it was written in the 30s or so.

This bath is said to attract genuine love. It also aids in drawing money, reversing bad luck and attracting positive energy into one's personal energy field.

Needed:

4 Tablespoons Olbanum (Frankincense resin)

2 Tablespoons Sandalwood

1 Tablespoon Myrrh resin

2 Tablespoons of chopped cinnamon sticks

1 Tablespoon Orris root

Muslin Tea bag

Mix ingredients. Put 1 Tablespoon of the mixture into a small muslin tea bag. Allow to steep in warm bath water for about 10 minutes - bathe as usual.

Store the mixture in a jar, bottle or bag out of direct sunlight.

Attraction Bath

This bath is said to promote attraction, attention and a solid connection between you and potential lovers.

Needed:

1 Tablespoon Patchouli leaves

1 Tablespoon Lemon Verbena

1 Tablespoon chopped Cinnamon sticks

1 TablespoonVetivert

Muslin tea bag

Mix ingredients. Add about 1 Tablespoon to your muslin bag and place in warm bath water. Bathe as usual.

Store mixture in jar, bottle or bag out if direct sunlight.

Lover's Oil

Posted by spiritedenterprise on June 6, 2013 at 12:55 AM Comments comments (0)

This incense is also called Astarte Oil. It promotes sexual awareness and heightened sensations in lovers.

You can use it to annoint yourself, candles, etc. Or, you can use it as a massage oil!

If you're going to use this on your skin, you'll need a good carrier oil - Personally, I like to use almond oil or pure olive oil but its important that you choose a carrier that works well with your skin.

If you're not going to use it on your skin, then just mix the oils and use your finger to do the annointing.

1/4 cup carrier oil

3 drops of sandalwood essential oil

3 drops of rose essential oil

5 drops of orange essential oil

3 drops of jasmine essential oil

Another variation that works very well is to mix the oils (minus the carrier) in a diffuser and allow them to warm for a few minutes in the room where the lovers are to meet.

Wiccan Voodoo Witches

Posted by spiritedenterprise on June 5, 2013 at 12:40 AM Comments comments (5)

I am a very eclectic individual. I love magick and everything about it. I have read every magickal book I've ever laid my hands on - wicca, traditional, chaos, folk, hoodoo, voodoo, you name it.

I have apprenticed under practitioners who practice a completely different kind of magick than what I was raised with.

Have I incorporated some of what Ive learned into my practice, absolutely!

However...one thing you will never, EVER get me to believe is that Wiccans are practicing voodoo.

Im not going to make this very difficult - Take a look at the Wiccan laws or Wiccan Rede, if you rather - Pay close attention to the parts in bold.

The Wiccan Rede

Bide within the Law you must, in perfect Love and perfect Trust.

Live you must and let to live, fairly take and fairly give.

For tread the Circle thrice about to keep unwelcome spirits out.

To bind the spell well every time, let the spell be said in rhyme.

Light of eye and soft of touch, speak you little, listen much.

Honor the Old Ones in deed and name,

let love and light be our guides again.

Deosil go by the waxing moon, chanting out the joyful tune.

Widdershins go when the moon doth wane,

and the werewolf howls by the dread wolfsbane.

When the Lady's moon is new, kiss the hand to Her times two.

When the moon rides at Her peak then your heart's desire seek.

Heed the North winds mighty gale, lock the door and trim the sail.

When the Wind blows from the East, expect the new and set the feast.

When the wind comes from the South, love will kiss you on the mouth.

When the wind whispers from the West, all hearts will find peace and rest.

Nine woods in the Cauldron go, burn them fast and burn them slow.

Birch in the fire goes to represent what the Lady knows.

Oak in the forest towers with might, in the fire it brings the God's

insight. Rowan is a tree of power causing life and magick to flower.

Willows at the waterside stand ready to help us to the Summerland.

Hawthorn is burned to purify and to draw faerie to your eye.

Hazel-the tree of wisdom and learning adds its strength to the bright fire burning.

White are the flowers of Apple tree that brings us fruits of fertility.

Grapes grow upon the vine giving us both joy and wine.

Fir does mark the evergreen to represent immortality seen.

Elder is the Lady's tree burn it not or cursed you'll be.

Four times the Major Sabbats mark in the light and in the dark.

As the old year starts to wane the new begins, it's now Samhain.

When the time for Imbolc shows watch for flowers through the snows.

When the wheel begins to turn soon the Beltane fires will burn.

As the wheel turns to Lamas night power is brought to magick rite.

Four times the Minor Sabbats fall use the Sun to mark them all.

When the wheel has turned to Yule light the log the Horned One rules.

In the spring, when night equals day time for Ostara to come our way.

When the Sun has reached it's height time for Oak and Holly to fight.

Harvesting comes to one and all when the Autumn Equinox does fall.

Heed the flower, bush, and tree by the Lady blessed you'll be.

Where the rippling waters go cast a stone, the truth you'll know.

When you have and hold a need, harken not to others greed.

With a fool no season spend or be counted as his friend.

Merry Meet and Merry Part bright the cheeks and warm the heart.

Mind the Three-fold Laws you should three times bad and three times good.

When misfortune is enow wear the star upon your brow.

Be true in love this you must do unless your love is false to you.

These Eight words the Rede fulfill:

"An Ye Harm None, Do What Ye Will"

An Ye Harm None - Did you read that right there?

If you are a Wiccan - a practitioner of white magick - then you wouldnt be doing dark voodoo.

Authentic voodoo involves the sacrifice of animals!!

Im not referring to voodoo or wiccans as a whole - I am talking about the practitioners that claim to be practitioners of the light aka "white wiccans" and then in their store offer extremely dark spells supposedly based on the voodoo tradition.

Can you incorporate certain methods from the voodoo tradition in your magick though you are not a practitioner of that tradition? Sure you can. I use some powders and oils in my magick that are voodoo recipes.

But to claim you are a wiccan that practices this kind of dark magick - it doesnt make any sense.

People that make this claim obviously haven't studied the religion.

In areas where voodoo is a religion, you'll often find religious centers where initiates of the voodoo tradition go to learn to communicate and work with the spirits (loa) through magick and common rites. In more remote places initiates often apprentice under a voodoo priest or priestess. It is quite common for entire families to practice and pass on their knowledge.

When an initiate starts their training, they are usually accepted into a "house." It is in this house that the initiation or kanzo takes place. Once that kanzo has taken place, you become known as a "hounsi kanzo" and you literally become a child of that house. The priestess becomes your mother or godmother in some circles and the priest becomes your father or godfather. This mother and father then teach you everything you need to know. They are responsible for you on all spiritual levels. They are responsible for not just your teaching but also your actions within the voodoo tradition.

Once you surpass the level of initiate, you move up through the degrees. These degrees sometimes vary by location but from what I know of Hatian voodoo, the following is the list of degrees.

Sur Point is the second degree. This position is titled houngan sur point for a male and mambo sur point for a female.

Asogwe is the highest and third degree. This position is titled as houngan aogwe or mambo asogwe.

I know there are classes that you can take online to get a certificate saying that you're a priest or priestess in the voodoo religion. But Im sorry, taking a 7 day online course and obtaining a certificate does NOT take the place of being a student under an actual person. In fact, some of these "courses" do not require you to learn a thing. All you do is pay a fee for a fancy looking document that states you are an ordained voodoo priest or priestess!!

Have some pride people! Don't steal a title that you do not deserve!!!

Spirit Cleansing Oil

Posted by spiritedenterprise on June 4, 2013 at 4:25 PM Comments comments (2)

Needed:

Sandalwood Essential Oil

Musk Oil

Myrrh Essential Oil

Oil of allspice

Mix 4 drops of each oil. I like to do this in a small offering bowl. Mix with your finger. Dab the oil on your forehead, temples, wrists, under your naval, on each side of your knees and on each side of your ankles to cleanse your spirit. This oil can be used in place of a ritual bath should you need to prepare yourself quickly for a spell, ritual, summoning or conjuration.

This oil should be mixed prior to each use.

Roses in Magick

Posted by spiritedenterprise on June 4, 2013 at 11:25 AM Comments comments (3)

In new age magick, roses are a common ingredient used in rituals pertaining to love and relationships.

In ancient times, however, Roses were used for protection and psychic endeavors.

Rubbing rose extract or rose essential oil on your temples gives clarity during times of stress and reduces over-thinking.

Rubbing rose extract or EO on your forehead promotes telepathy and balances out your personal energy vibrations.

Powdered rose petals make for a very protective and powerful ingredient. It's important when using powdered rose petals that you do the process yourself. Simply hang your roses upside down and allow them to dry out completely. Once dry, pick the petals and powder them with your motar and pestle. Any excess should be stored in a glass jar, out of direct sunlight. Amber or Cobalt colored jars work best.

Sprinkle rose powder on ritual tools and the ingredients used in your spellwork to not only protect yourself during the process but also to boose the effects those items have during your ritual.

Smudging your forehead before psychic and magickal endeavors provides protection against emotional, mental and psychic attack.

Removal of Influence Floor Wash

Posted by spiritedenterprise on June 3, 2013 at 7:40 PM Comments comments (1)

This kind of wash works just as well on its own as it does in conjunction with a cleansing.

Needed

4 cups of water (not from a tap - rain water or spring water works best)

20 drops of pure vanilla extract

10 drops of Patchouli essential oil

10 drops of cinnamon essential oil

You can sprinkle this about your home to remove negative energy as well as negative influences affecting your home life and those within the home. If you really want to get serious, mix a double or triple batch and use as mop water!

Another variation of this wash is a carpet powder that you can sprinkle over your carpets prior to vacuuming.

1 box of baking soda

20 drops of pure vanilla extract

10 drops of patchouli essential oil

10 drops of cinnamon essential oil

Stir ingredients together and allow to sit for about 30 minutes so that the baking soda absorbs the oils. If you have left-overs, you can store them in a jar or plastic container for later use.

Honesty in Spell Casting

Posted by spiritedenterprise on June 3, 2013 at 10:45 AM Comments comments (6)

I wanted to take a moment to stress the importance of honesty when it comes to spell casting.

One must realize that spell casting is not the same as a psychic reading. Where in a psychic reading, I can understand not wanting to divulge details. That way, you have a better chance of being able to tell whether or not your psychic is gifted or not.

But when it comes to castings, its really important that you tell your caster all the details. Its even more important that you're honest in what you tell them.  Details are important when it comes to focus.

For example, some time ago we started working on a relationship case for someone. It was an average case as far as the details we were given. Things were hot and heavy between the couple for a couple of months. After it ended, the client realized what they had lost and wanted the partner back. Pretty cut and dry for our line of work.

I suggested 3 spells (2 at first, one later) based on the facts we were given by the client. They were cast and the castings were done without problems. I did mention to after the castings that I felt the target did not have much interest in, not just a relationship with our client, but relationships as a whole. I told the client that I felt the target was very focused on career at the present time and that the spellwork might take some time to manifest because of that fact.

Our client said they understood.

Over the course of a couple of months after the castings, through correspondence with the client we found out that there were LOTS of things that we were not told during the initial consultation.

It was our understanding that they actually had a relationship when in fact, what they had was not even in the same ball park as a relationship. We were told that they had dated for a couple of months.

Later, when the spellwork did not manifest in the way that the client would have liked, we were told a completely different story than what was said at the time of consultation. The client admitted that they'd hung out together within a mutual circle of friends just a couple of times and that they ended up sleeping together just once after a night out on the town.

After this "hook up" our client tried to contact the target and was told that the hook up was a mistake and that they were not looking for any kind of relationship. Said client wouldn't accept this answer and kept trying to contact the target. Eventually, the target gave in and met the client, again, while out with mutual friends. Evidently, the target did not like what he saw/experienced and before the night was over, asked that our client leave them alone...again.

Now, does this sound like they were "dating for a couple of months?"

I have to admit, I was a bit shocked after this bombshell but the worst was yet to come. After more correspondences, our client divulged that not only did the target ask to be left alone, but over the course of a few months, the target had moved, not once but twice!!! The target had quit their job just so the client wouldnt be able to "visit" them at work. AND the target had taken out a restraining order!!

Here I was, being all supportive, giving advice, asking for patience and basically coddling this person like a child when I probably should have said, "Get over it. Move on."

In the end, that is what I told the client. I actually said if we had known the TRUTH about the situation that I would have flat out denied the case and to move on.

THEN, I find out from a new client  that they had read on an internet forum that we did not reply to emails and that our castings did not work. The screen shot that was attached to this email was a conversation where someone was indeed stating that I never answered their emails and that the spellwork this person purchased did not work for them.

I knew from the completely unique style of writing that it was this particular client who was saying these things.

This was completely false. Granted, I may not have answered these emails as quickly as this person would have liked. But I cannot help that. I am only one individual.

And I continued to answer this person's emails long after I had told her to move on.

No, the spells did not work. Of course they wouldnt. They were focused on rekindling a relationship that never existed and promoting communication that was technically against the law. Although Im sorry we couldnt help the client, at the same time, if I hadn't been fed a big fat bowl of lies, whether intentionally or unitentionally, I wouldn't have bothered to waste the clients time or ours with suggestions that wouldn't work.

Another difficult case is one where, a client was telling myself and another sister 2 different stories. In this individuals emails to me, the client made it sound like the relationship had ended very recently. I based all of my suggestions and advice on that information. Recently after discussing this case with another sister she asked me to look at a recent private message exchange where this same client had stated to her that they had not been in contact with their ex in 4 years and that now, that ex was married, with children, living in another country!

Seriously, how is that not important to spellwork?? Do you want to know why this person wont contact you, well shoot, do you think its because they moved on years ago and now have a family to take care of. By golly, I think thats probably the reason why.

My point is...HONESTY is absolutely, 100% necessary when it comes to spellwork. We aren't here to judge. Everyone has a story of how they got to where they are and that story is just as important to the ending as it is the beginning.

If we can help you, I promise that we will do our best. But if we cant help you, Im sorry, you're just going to have to accept that too. Telling a story that is anything but the truth isn't going to get you to where you want to be.

And sometimes the answer is simply that you have to let go and move on. As difficult as that may be, it is even more difficult to put your entire life on hold, hoping, wanting and waiting for someone or something that is never going to happen no matter what you do!

I shouldn't even have to write a blog about this! I think there's a cliche that applies to this kind of thing...If you dont want to be called out on your shit, dont act shitty.

I completely understand that spells dont work for everyone or sometimes they manifest in a way that isnt exactly what you or the caster expect. Thats just the way things go. If you aren't prepared for that, then dont go looking into magick, period. Spellcasting is an art, not a science. I cannot guarantee that magick will work for you. All I can do is guarantee that we do the work that you've paid is to do, to the very best of our ability and more often than not, we go above and beyond what we've been paid to do.

That said,  if you want to go around spreading half-truths or out and out lies about SE, myself, my sisters or the way we conduct ourselves, then be prepared to be made an example so that everyone can see that there is another side to the story.

I don't have to hide behind user ids created to make people believe that I am someone Im not. I dont have to sneak around creating multiple email addresses in order to make up different stories after a spell caster has denied my case. I dont have to sneak around the internet posting BS to get people to throw me a pity party.

My story is right here where it has always been!

Native American House Cleansing

Posted by spiritedenterprise on June 1, 2013 at 11:55 AM Comments comments (2)

This cleansing ritual has been adapted from old Sioux medicine. Its a mixture of Sioux and modern witchcraft.

Needed:

*1/4 cup Salt

*4 cups of water that has not come from a tap - rain water, spring water, even bottled water works.

*1 inch paint brush

*A bowl big enough to hold the salt water

*White tea light candles - one for every room of the house

*1 Sage bundle and something to burn it in

*3 to 5 sticks of cleansing incense - dragons blood, sage, etc. You're going to need a stick of incense and a place to burn it in all the central areas of your house. Bedrooms, kitchen, living room - whatever rooms in your home in which you spend the most time.

*A group of fresh flowers

*2 - 3 days of good weather.

1. First - clean your house. Get rid of clutter. Getting rid of clutter and dusting are the 2 most important factors of this cleaning process so make sure you do a good job.

The cleaning process should take one whole day at least. Wash your floors. Wash the laundry and put it away. Make sure the dishes are done. If you have pets, make sure you clean under the beds and other furniture.

2. On the second or third day, depending on how long the cleaning process takes, open every window in your home and let it completely air out for at least 12 hours. 24 hours is better, but 12 hours will do. Make sure all your closet doors and any large cupboard or storage space is open to the air.

3.The following day, its time to do the ritual.

A. Mix the salt and water in your bowl. Stir it 7 times going clockwise.

B. Bless the water.

"May the blending of the elements of pure salt and pure water cleanse this space. The salt preserves the sanctity of my home. The water cleanses it. In the name of mother earth, this shall be so."

Now, as you're doing this blessing, its important for you to believe that your blessing of the water will work. Believe in yourself and believe in the power of this medicine ritual.

4. Take your water, starting at the top of your home, moving from the farthest away from the stairs to the stairs, bless every room, especially the windows.

Dip your brush and sprinkle the walls and floors. Pay special attention to the corners and closets. Paint a barrier around each window and on both sides of each doorway.

If you like you can add a ritual chant while you're doing this.

"No unclean spirit is welcome here"

or

"I bless this house. Those that are unwelcome are commanded to leave"

Whatever applies to your situation.

5. Once the upper level is complete, start the stairs. Going down, sprinkle on each side of the stairway as well as on each step.

6. On the lower level, start at the back of the home. If you have a back door, start outside. Create your barrier on the outside of the door first and then on the inside. As you create your outside barrier, state the following:

"This barrier allows those with pure hearts to enter and leave freely. State the names of your family members as well as any pets that need to move in and out of the house without restrictions."

Work your way through the house heading towards the front door. Again, pay special attention to the corners and closets. Dont forget to paint a barrier around the windows. Once you get to the front door, its important that you paint your salt water barrier on the inside only. You will create the outside barrier later so save your water.

The idea is that you're chasing the negative energy as well as any unwelcomed entities or spirits out of the house. By starting at the back of the home, you're chasing them towards the front door.

7. Next, do the exact same thing with your sage, A feather works very well to waft the smoke into the corners and closets. Go around each window and doorway with the sage. Work your way down the stairs. Start at the back of the house, working your way towards the front door, Sage the inside of the doorway only.

Leave the sage burning in the central part of your home - the dining room or kitchen is where I usually leave mine.

8. Take your white tea lit candles. Starting upstairs again, place and light one candle in each room. Same routine - start in the room farthest from the stairs and work your way down.

Once you're downstairs, start at the back of the house, moving your way towards the door.

9. Then, take your incense and place one burning stick in each area of the home. Its important to place these in areas where you spend the most time but you can do one in every room of the house as well.

Again, start at the back and move your way forward.

10. By the time you get your incense lit and placed, you will have given the rest of the medicine enough time to work so you can go and paint the final barrier on the outside of your door.

While doing so, state the following: This barrier allows those with pure hearts to enter and leave freely. State the names of your family members as well as any pets that need to move in and out of the house without restrictions.

Once you're done painting the barrier, pour the rest of the water in a straight line in front of your front door on the ground/step.

11. Then, just wait until your candles burn out. Once they are out, clean up - gather up the little tin holders, incense trays, etc. Place it all in a bag (make sure nothing is hot) and take it all outside to the garbage.

12. Once the ritual is complete, place the fresh flowers in the central area of the home. This is an offering to the elements, spirits and entities that will help guard your home.

It seems like a lot to remember. Take your time. Refer back to the instructions as often as you need to.
